RevOps friends, you know a feature lands when customers pepper Slack with heart-eyes. “Didn’t know we needed this so much 😍,” “Exactly what I never realised I needed ❤️,” “Solved two mysteries before lunch.” That’s the vibe since we turned on Routing Logs. Now every inbound form or Relay link produces a CSI-style replay—matching rules, pods, fallbacks, the whole trail—so you can answer “why’d this lead go there?” before the question even hits Slack. June’s release is basically a stress-eraser: less detective work, more pipeline.
Your ops-grade recorder from First interaction to Touchdown on your Calendars
RevenueHero’s new Routing Logs give RevOps a frame-by-frame replay of every routed meeting. The moment the form is submitted to request a demo, a handoff initiated, or a magic link clicked RevenueHero records the entire decision tree:
Trigger → Which source initiated the booking sequence and who clicked it
Matching Rule evaluation (existing-owner look-ups, disqualifiers, etc.)
Rule selection and weightage calculations
Fallback Pod check for Relays (skipped or used)
Scheduler render & slot pick (timezone + locale captured)
Assignee confirmation (single rep or pre-defined Pairing)
Down-stream writes to HubSpot/Salesforce, Google/Outlook Calendar, Zoom/Meet.
Every log lives in an immutable timeline with green ticks for hits, grey for skips so admins can audit, troubleshoot, and optimize without chasing five different systems.
RevOps heroes, grab a chair — May’s drop is the Swiss-army upgrade your stack didn’t know it needed.
RevenueHero’s Native Enrichment now fills in all the info you need before the lead even meets your CRM, to determine whether the prospect is qualified, and whom to book the meeting with while your marketing form asks for just name and email.
Got reps who close better in tag-teams? Pairings lets you hard-wire your killer AE + SE duos; no more roulette-wheel match-ups that leave one rookie alone with an enterprise whale. And when someone still wonders “why’d this lead route to me?“, point them to the brand-new Routing Logs—an immutable replay of every rule, fallback, and calendar write. Case closed.
While you’re at it, enjoy invites that arrive pre-stuffed with company intel, UTMs that survive the entire funnel, scheduling that works like a charm with HubSpot’s multi-step forms , bulk-minted personal links that actually look on-brand, and more.
Breathe in. That’s the smell of fewer Slack pings at 5:17 PM.
RevenueHero now performs real-time enrichment the millisecond a form submits, fetching all the relevant information from the enrichment provider of your choice. Before your lead even touches your CRM, RevenueHero pulls up data from your enrichment provider, to instantly determine the right experience for your prospect.
Setup qualification rules based on any of the enriched information, and allow qualified prospects to schedule meetings. Route disqualified prospects to different landing page experiences based on enriched data to make the experience as relevant as possible.
Qualify, round-robin members from two functions, pair them, display common time slots to your prospects, and add them to your sales call. Collective Round Robin already lets you book two roles on the same call (e.g., AE + SE) by presenting common availability between two pools of users from your team to prospects in any of the channels they’re trying to book time with your team.
Pairings take this one step further: you can now pre-define fixed duos and let the router round-robin those pairs instead of assembling them on the fly. No changes to capacity logic, CRM writes, or reports. Just rock-solid, ready-made teams that rotate fairly.
Collective Round Robin still handles the heavy lifting—qualifying the lead, checking calendars, and firing the hand-off—but now you decide which two calendars count as a single unit.
RevenueHero writes the enriched content to mapped custom fields in your CRM and lets you add context directly into the calendar body. Reps open Zoom knowing “700-employee | Austin HQ |VP Marketing”—no tab-hunting required. One click opens the Salesforce/HubSpot record if deeper prep is needed.
UTMs are captured at form, attached to every CRM touch, and survive lead→contact conversions. The same mapping schema is applied to all routers, so attribution gaps between form, router, and pipeline objects disappear—even for SGE/LLM traffic.
RevenueHero is the first scheduler natively compatible with HubSpot’s progressive, multi-screen forms. Submission ➜ enrichment ➜ routing ➜ booking all fire without workarounds or hidden iframes.
Ops can now generate hundreds of locked-layout personal booking links in a single action—complete with canonical theme, shared form, and analytics tags. Perfect for new-hire onboarding or programmatic SDR outreach.
“I never let my prospect cut the call without accepting the Calendar invite”
That’s a real quote from a RevenueHero user. The best sales reps dot the Is and cross the Ts even before the Contract is on the table, and we’re built for the best. RevenueHero lets you choose, per booking channel, whether the RSVP for the guest added to a Calendar invite is an automated Yes or if the confirmation has to be updated by the guest. You now get to build out the right behaviours based on your business context. Here are some best practises/examples:
Install @revenuehero/sdk-qwik, call useRevenueHero() inside your component, and any form you render will stream its submissions straight into the RevenueHero router you specify—no extra fetch() calls or custom handlers. Qwik’s resumable output keeps the page “hydration-free,” so you still ship a zero-JS initial load while RevenueHero takes care of enrichment, lead routing, and meeting scheduling behind the scenes. Use it on a landing-page demo form, an in-app upgrade prompt, or an event-signup flow—anywhere you already rely on Qwik’s native < Form > to capture submit events.
RevOps teams, your most thankless job has just become obsolete. No more playing mediator because Brad got 8 meetings this week and Stacy got 2 (and somehow that’s your problem).
Introducing Balanced Round Robin: the first system that actually distributes meetings fairly. Not “fairly” as in everyone technically had their calendar open, but fairly as in, we also checked how many meetings they already have before assigning another one. Revolutionary, we know.
The breakdown’s below, but take a moment to picture a world where sales reps don’t ping you at 5:17 PM asking why they didn’t get that lead. Companies like Seamless are already living that dream. So what’s stopping you? (Besides Brad.)
Oh, and marketers, we see you too.
Inbound Links turns your entire routing logic into one smart, reusable link. Drop it anywhere — LinkedIn, newsletter, bathroom stall (you do you) — and it just works.
Yes, the possibilities are endless. And yes, we’re a little smug about it.
You know what keeps RevOps teams up at night? Seeing one rep with 7 meetings while another has 2 — even though they’re in the same round robin queue…with the same rules.
Balanced Round Robin is our answer to the age-old meeting distribution problem. It dynamically balances meetings across your team based on actual workload, not just sequence or availability.
No more toggling reps on/off. No more “quick spreadsheet checks” at 6 PM. It runs in the background and keeps things even—like it always should’ve.
Dive into all the details here.
Need to drop a demo link in a campaign, email, or support chat and have it route properly? You can now do that. Inbound Links let you embed your full routing logic: qualification + matching + distribution, into a single link.
Campaign links match meetings to people within a specific team, perfect for dedicated team campaigns or straightforward SDR-to-AE handoffs.
Inbound Links go a step further—they run through your full routing engine—applying complex qualification rules, territory mappings, and custom distribution logic just like your web forms do.
Set up once, deploy everywhere. No more creating different workflows for different channels.
Want to see these new features in action? Request a demo and we’ll show you how they can transform your meeting distribution game.
This month, we’ve made it easier to route leads based on the context they come in with — whether it’s language, region, or product interest. You can now dynamically tailor your routing rules based on the page URL where a form is submitted.
In addition, you now have the ability to skip account ownership if there’s no prior activity, making lead distribution fairer and helping your reps engage faster without blockers.
You can now add source URL filters to your distribution or matching rules — which means you can route leads based on the specific page they filled out your form on.
No more generic routing logic that treats everyone in the same way.
This is especially helpful if you have:
Basically, no more awkward handoffs or “hey can someone else take this?” threads in Slack. Leads land with the right person from the get-go.
We’ve expanded your date filter options so you can build smarter rules around ownership and engagement windows. Use filters like Last activity date, Create date, Date of last meeting booked. And apply conditions like:
This gives you more control over when a rep keeps ownership, and when it’s time to move the lead back into rotation. A few examples:
Fairness among sales reps is a core value of how we build features and this small but super useful feature should help reps who work accounts more get more shots at making quota than someone who owns an account but doesn’t have any activity.
That’s it for February.
March is looking exciting — let’s just say your RevOps team might want to keep a close eye. 👀
Till then, happy routing.
The new year is here, but our goal at RevenueHero remains the same: to grow our product based on customer feedback. And one of the interesting things we found out is that Relays are used not just by SDRs at companies but also by AEs + CSMs or AEs + technical experts.
And as always, we made sure this becomes even easier for you to do - with this latest feature release.
Now, when booking a meeting using Relays, you can check the timeslots of both the booker and bookee before confirming that meeting.
This, of course, helps SDRs who need to be part of high-stakes handoffs. But it’s also a nifty add-on for all the amazingly innovative ways that different teams are actually working together – whether when you need an SE for technical demos or CSM tag along for quarterly reviews.
The best part? It’s just a toggle away on your Relay router settings. Turn it on when you need it, off when you don’t. Simple as that.
Want to see this feature in action? We’re just a demo away! And as always, drop us a line in Slack if you’ve got any questions or feedback - we love hearing from you!
That’s January wrapped up! Stay tuned for February - we’ve got some exciting updates cooking that’ll make your scheduling experience even smoother.
December is here, and we’ve saved our best for last! While Santa’s elves are busy in the North Pole, our dev team has been working their own magic to deliver one final gift to wrap up 2024. This month, we’re introducing collective round-robin for your Relay meetings - a feature that makes team meeting coordination as smooth as a well-orchestrated holiday concert.
Ever tried assembling IKEA furniture solo when you really needed a second set of hands? Some meetings are exactly like that—they demand more than one expert to get the job done right.
That’s why we’ve built a smarter way to handle meeting handoffs between your teams that maintains momentum while ensuring the right experts are present.
When your SDR lands a “yes” from a prospect for a new business opportunity, they simply click the Relay button in their browser extension and select “New Business Meeting.” RevenueHero automatically:
This eases the transition from prospecting to closing, building trust with your prospects and keeping the sales cycle on track.
When an SDR secures a meeting with a decision-maker who’s ready to dive into APIs, scalability, and pricing, Relays steps up again. It automatically pairs your AE with the SE, ensuring the right mix of business and technical expertise.
No more calendar juggling, no “let me check with our SE” delays, and no manual CRM updates.
Think of it as your personal meeting matchmaker, removing the need for manual coordination so your team can focus on delivering their A-game in every call.
And that’s a wrap on 2024! While everyone else is winding down for the holidays, we’re already buzzing with excitement about what’s coming in 2025. Until then, may your meetings be merry, your calendars bright, and your team coordination delightful. See you next year with even more updates that’ll make you go ‘now that’s what I call magic!’ ✨

The leaves are falling, but our features are rising! This November, we’ve packed some serious upgrades that’ll make your routing and scheduling experience simpler, smarter, and faster—just in time to wrap up the year strong!
Custom objects are no longer the awkward middle child in your routing setup! You can now match and route meetings based on any custom object on Salesforce.
When someone books a meeting, RevenueHero can look up records in custom objects to determine the right owner. Just map your form field to any field in your custom object, and we’ll handle the routing. Let’s understand this better with some examples.
Let’s say you run a financial software platform with a custom “Partner Program” object:
Imagine you’re a real estate agency with a custom “Property Listings” object:
Leads and contacts don’t always capture the full picture. With this update, your routing is as unique as your business!
⚡ Pro tip: This is particularly powerful for marketplace businesses where you need to route based on relationships between multiple parties (sellers, buyers, agents etc.)
You know how sometimes it feels like you need to play detective to track down a misplaced lead? With our advanced matching, we make sure every lead lands exactly where it should—no sleuthing required.
Got a prospect using a personal email but working at a Fortune 500 company? No problem! You can match based on multiple conditions, like company name AND location, ensuring leads land where they should.
→ Signs up using alex@gmail.com (tricky, since it’s a personal email!)
→ Works at TechCorp (provides this in the form)
→ Based in London (also from the form)
→ TechCorp has multiple accounts in your CRM
The old way? Simple domain matching would’ve left Alex in limbo since they used a personal email.
But with advanced matching, you can now stack conditions like building blocks:
So when Alex hits submit, RevenueHero automatically:
Think of it as your CRM’s built-in Sherlock Holmes. Because in the real world, matching prospects to accounts often requires more than just an email domain – and now you’ve got all the clues you need to get it right the first time!
Ever wish your calendar could read minds? Well, we got pretty close:
Because when that prospect finally says “yes” to a meeting, the last thing you want is to lose momentum shuffling calendars around. With smart suggestions and flexible overrides, you can keep your pipeline moving at the speed of sales. And hey, if we ever figure out actual mind reading, we promise to add that feature too! 😉
Remember the last time you enjoyed filling out a form? Yeah, we don’t either. That’s why we’ve made it possible to prefill ANY form field from your URL parameters.
As a marketer, fields can feel like a necessary evil—can’t live with them, can’t live without them. With this update, you can pass all the data you already have in your CRM to automatically route prospects to the right sales rep. For instance, if Sarah from TechCorp watched your recent webinar on API integrations, you can route her straight to the AE who specializes in tech solutions.
The best part? Prospects skip the form entirely and head straight to picking a time slot. It’s like giving them a VIP pass—both smarter routing and a premium user experience!
That’s a wrap on November! Stay tuned for December’s updates - rumor has it they’re so good, Santa put them on his nice list twice! 🎅
Another month, another set of updates crafted to simplify your workflows and bring a little more calm to your day. From smarter routing to making meetings just a little less chaotic, these features are here to keep things running like clockwork, and maybe even a bit more fun!
Grab a coffee (or a kale smoothie, if you’re feeling adventurous), and let’s dive into October’s changelog.
Ronaldo’s quirk? He steps onto the field with his right foot first. Your quirk? You’re all about Teams for meetings, even though you’re not in the Outlook club.
No judgment—we get it. Everyone performs better on their home turf, and when it comes to meetings, comfort is key.
Now, with RevenueHero, you can use Teams as your go-to meeting tool—even if you’re using a Google calendar. Just sign in with your existing email, and voilà, you’re ready to roll!
Because winning starts with a setup that works for you.
Rules are meant to be broken customized.
We’ve enhanced our HubSpot integration to let you match custom fields in your forms with relevant HubSpot properties, making it even easier to look up existing ownership.
Alongside the existing account and contact matching rules, you can now create more advanced routing rules to fit your business needs.
For example, if event attendees use personal emails, it can be tricky to link them to the right AE. With this update, you can now match any of the custom form inputs to account properties on HubSpot and assign the meeting to the owner of the account, ensuring smooth follow-ups and accurate routing.
Ever tried to share credit for a group project but somehow only one person gets their name on the final slide? Not exactly fair, right? 📝
We hear you.
With this update, when you’re using collective round robin to match leads, both the primary and secondary owners now get updated in your CRM. No more missing data or overlooked team members.
And here’s the cherry on top: you can now update both primary and secondary owners to any custom CRM properties of your choice. Whether it’s the default owner field or something unique to your workflow, the power is in your hands.
Keep your team in sync, your CRM in check, and everyone accounted for. Because nothing says teamwork like giving credit where it’s due. 🙌
“Is that a distribution report you’re holding?”
“Don’t judge—I’m more of a ‘print it out and highlight it’ type.”
“Okay, boomer! Do you also fax your insights to leadership?”
- Overheard in downtown SFO
Whether you’re all about dashboards, lean on GPT to analyze your uploaded logs, or still swear by printed reports, we’ve got you covered.
Now, you can export distribution reports for your chosen timeline, making it easier to track trends, review them on the go, and share insights with leadership in seconds.
We’ve given it a glow-up, and it’s not just looking better—it’s working harder than ever. Think of it as the router equivalent of your best marketing campaign—sleek, strategic, and built to deliver.
When you’re dealing with enterprise-level routing, sophistication isn’t a luxury—it’s a necessity. Larger organizations have complex distribution needs, and as those routing rules multiply, your tools need to scale right alongside them.
Enter our sleek new list view: a tray of all your matching rules laid out for easy access. Whether you’re scaling up or fine-tuning, managing complex setups has never felt this smooth.
Big leagues, big rules, and now, big clarity. It’s routing made for the pros.
Ever feel like you’re playing detective, hunting down guest emails one by one while booking a meeting? Yeah, we’ve all been there.
Now, when you’re booking a meeting, any guests marked in the email thread will appear in your relay booking workflow as suggested guests. There is a word for “satisfying feeling when software transfers context beautifully across apps in your workflows”, what is it called again? Let us know if you find out.
Sometimes, it’s the small stuff that makes a difference—saving you those extra clicks and letting you focus on what actually matters.
Remember those “Choose Your Own Adventure” books? We’ve brought that energy to your thank you pages (minus the dragons… for now).
Now you can automatically direct prospects to exactly where they’ll get the most value:
Because every prospect has different needs, and one size doesn’t always fit all. With redirect rules, you can create efficient pathways that match your prospects’ needs with the right resources - whether that’s your help center, group demos, or free trial.
And there you have it—October’s updates, packed with all the little tweaks that make a big difference. As always, keep those suggestions coming; after all, we love adding little touches that make you go, “Yes, finally!”
Remember the billboard that split the marketing community down the middle? How did that go again?
Well we just added number 4.
Introducing RevenueHero’s native integration with Intercom!
Using our Intercom integration as your go-to meeting scheduler? Well, grab your party hats, because we’ve just made it even better!
RevenueHero’s native integration with Intercom gives you the most powerful routing capabilities ever in a native intercom scheduling integration. Access Intercom’s in-depth enrichment and give the right leads to the right reps.
It also gives your prospects an inline scheduling experience right in the conversation!
RevenueHero’s native integration with Intercom gives your prospects an inline scheduling experience right in the conversation, and you the most powerful routing capabilities ever in a native intercom scheduling integration.
With this integration you can:
And that’s it for our September update! While you’ve been out there conquering the business world, we’ve been busy tinkering in our secret lab (okay, it’s just our office, but “secret lab” sounds cooler). Until next time–may your calendar be organized and your meetings be short (but productive)!
August may mark the end of summer, but the heat isn’t letting up over here at RevenueHero! We’ve been listening to your feedback and developing some features that’ll take your RevenueHero experience to the next level.
Not all meetings are created equal, especially when you’re in industries like finance or consulting, where complex discussions and strategic planning often require extra time. For instance, if your sales team is working with a potential client on a detailed proposal or getting on an onboarding call, those extended sessions are crucial. We’ve expanded your options to include meeting types ranging from 15 minutes to 120 minutes, so you can easily choose the perfect duration for every discussion.
After all, great things take time—just like a fine wine or a successful sales pitch!
When you hear Salesforce, what do you imagine? Clean data, up to date information and… okay okay, we doubled over laughing and couldn’t even finish typing.
Clean CRM data is the most commonly cited Oxymoron in dictionaries all over the world. We get it. It’s just hard to maintain at scale. Which is why RevenueHero prevents you from adding on to all that junk. While we can’t help with everything, what we can do is solve duplicate meeting activities from getting logged. (If you stay very silent, You can almost hear the ops community cheering world over. Or just another Slack notification to get that workflow live). Well life goes on.
Say goodbye to duplicate meeting logs in Salesforce and enjoy a fresher, cleaner data experience. This update ensures your RevOps teams can rely on accurate data for confident reporting and strategic insights, leading to better decision-making.
Can we get a collective cheer for finally tidying up that data mess? 🎉
Sometimes you’ve got to take from Peter to give to Paul. You know, because Peter is sick and Paul is available. It happens. But you’ve got to keep things fair. Which is exactly what you get with this new enhancement.
When meetings get reassigned because of unexpected leaves or last-minute work emergencies, it can put your teams on edge. After all, reassigning a meeting is more than just a calendar swap and can lead to “who gets what” within the team. But don’t worry—RevenueHero has your back!
With our updated reassignment logic, you can ensure fair lead distribution, even when plans change. Just reassign the meeting, and we’ll recalibrate the weight and credits so the right person gets the next meeting, keeping everything balanced (and everyone happy)!
And there you have it—August updates all served up! We hope these features bring even more value to your workflows. Keep an eye out for more in September!
July has been all about leveling up your meeting game at RevenueHero! From email campaigns to personal meetings and handoffs–we’re here to ensure every part of our platform is working harder for you, making your workflows more efficient.
Curious about the new updates? Let’s dive in!
Guess what? Your forms just became mind readers… well, almost! We’ve leveled up our campaign & relay forms with the new object ID support.
You know those magic links? The ones that made forms disappear in the scheduling experience when prospects booked a meeting through links in your marketing and sales emails? Well our team added even more magic to it.
Wait, what’s the correct unit of magic 🤔?
Anywho… Admins can now set up campaign links and relay links to look up the right owner using the CRM ID and not just the name and email tokens!
And for your SDRs? They can focus on building relationships instead of getting bogged down in repetitive data entry.
To set this up, all you need to do is add the {{contact.id}}/{{lead.id}} to your magic links and they’ll do what they do best. Make forms disappear, and book meetings faster.
No more redundant form filling—just a faster, more efficient way to book meetings.
Have you been to events these days? They’re getting so big they need their own mini-maps. It’s way harder to get your prospects to your booths than ever before. Which is why you need to get those event meetings calendared, and confirmed way ahead of time.
RevenueHero’s event meeting types give your prospects a mini map to make it straight to your booth. Let’s look at how:
Our new dedicated meeting type allows you to create unique meeting links linked to specific event dates. This allows you to:
Sales reps attending the event can link their personal meeting link to this event meeting type, enabling them to send these links to their contacts or others to pre-book meetings ahead of the event. This proactive strategy helps your sales team connect with interested attendees and make the most of valuable networking opportunities.
Pro Tip: Your team can also convert personal meeting links into a QR code using Google Chrome, so prospects can scan and instantly schedule time with your team on the spot. This way, curious attendees can easily book follow-up meetings for later dates, ensuring that valuable connections made at the event are instantly converted into qualified opportunities.
Gone are the days of playing calendar Tetris just to schedule a meeting! Now you can publicly share all meeting types linked to a person through RevenueHero, offering prospects an easy way to choose the meeting that suits them—whether it’s a 15-minute inquiry, a demo, or a troubleshooting call.
For instance, a client can book a 30-minute product consultation or a detailed 60-minute strategy session, depending on what they need—without the back-and-forth of emails. This also eases the process for your sales rep, who can now send a single link for prospects to choose the type of meeting that works best for them.
Never let your prospects forget a meeting again. With our integration with Twilio powering SMS notifications, you can send quick reminders about upcoming meetings straight to their phones (because we’ve heard that everything, everywhere, all at once is quite a delightful experience, both in theaters and in sales!)
By sending timely, personalized text reminders, you can reduce no-shows and last-minute cancellations, keeping your meetings front and center.
Does your calendar look like a Jackson Pollock painting—chaotic, colorful, and impossible to decipher? Let’s add some order to that masterpiece with RevenueHero’s new feature!
Now, you can create custom schedules for specific meetings that occur only on set days or at certain times.
For example, if you hold weekly Q&A sessions every Thursday from 2 PM to 4 PM, you can set a custom schedule that only allows bookings during those hours. This way, your clients and leads know exactly when these sessions are available and makes your booking process more efficient. No more back-and-forth trying to align calendars—just structured scheduling that you can tailor to your needs.
That’s July in a nutshell! These updates are all about making your meeting management smoother than ever. Stay tuned – August is just around the corner with even more exciting features!
June brought the heat, and so did our dev team! We’ve cooked up some highly anticipated features that are sure to spice up your RevenueHero experience.
Let’s take a peek at what went live this month.
Remember the days of manually marking contacts as DQ? Neither do we! We’ve automated marking DQ contacts with a simple checkbox on your CRM, updating their status in both HubSpot and Salesforce.
With a reliable CRM field that denotes whether a contact is disqualified you now have:
✓ Accurate reporting on inefficient campaigns based on data stored right in your CRM.
✓ Reliable filtering that allows you to exclude DQ’d contacts from nurture sequences for accurate conversion metrics on your email campaigns.
Go ahead, take that well-deserved coffee break, you’ve got the time! 😉
Say hello to your new favorite CRM properties:
The reschedule and cancel URL links are now integrated as properties in HubSpot and Salesforce which means that your teams can easily add these links to automated email sequences and campaigns—like reminder emails or nurture cadences—directly from their CRM.
This gives prospects quick access to reschedule or cancel meetings, making the whole process easy for both your team and your clients. This was previously available through RevenueHero in emails, but now you can incorporate it into your marketing and follow-up emails directly from HubSpot.
Hate the chase (for prospect details)?
Introducing Relay forms—your reps’ new sidekick for providing essential information before booking a meeting. With these forms, SDRs no longer need to manually update the CRM, and your sales team has all the crucial information at their fingertips before diving into that demo call.
But wait, there’s more! The data collected in these forms automatically syncs with your CRM, allowing your SDRs to schedule calls instantly and quickly move on to the next. This update not only saves time but also boosts data accuracy, ensuring your sales team is always prepared for each call.
Looks like our dev team is truly in good form, don’t you agree? 😎
Feel like your team’s availability is always in high demand? Well, we wanted to add extra hours to a day, but due to space-time restrictions and science, we did the next best thing possible! Curious?
In addition to the existing strict round robin option, you can now enable flexible round robin when you’re setting up a Relay.
By showing all available team slots during the booking process, you:
Admins can change this at any time on the Relays Settings Page.
Ops teams often have a love-hate relationship with automation, which is exactly why they love RevenueHero! Our automated meeting status updates in your CRM are now fully configurable to align with your organization’s workflows.
Previously: Meetings were automatically marked as complete 30 minutes after they ended.
Now: You can choose to activate this feature or manage the completion status manually, providing the flexibility you need.
If your team’s compensation depends on completed meetings, having control over this feature ensures accurate reporting—no more accidental completions or data discrepancies.
This update is available on demand, so if this is something you need, feel free to drop a message on our Slack channel or reach out to us support@revenuehero.io.
That’s a wrap on our June updates! We hope these new features give your RevenueHero experience the same boost as a strong cup of coffee on a Monday morning.
Stay tuned—July has even more exciting updates brewing, and plenty of reasons to cheer!
This month, we’re all about those small-but-mighty tweaks that make a world of difference in your RevenueHero experience. Ready to see what’s new this month?
We’ve given you the power to choose how your magic slots appear in emails. It’s like picking the perfect outfit for your schedule – stylish and functional!
Now, when sending meeting slots, you can choose how the time slots are displayed, giving you the flexibility to adapt the experience for your prospects. For instance—vertical columns are ideal for mobile users, while horizontal rows provide a quick overview for desktop users.
This update ensures your emails with in-line slots remain sharp and professional.
Your custom domain has finally been invited to all the parties – including reschedule and cancel URLs!
Your custom domain now appears across all URLs, including rescheduling and cancellation links.
This means, your prospects get a consistent experience and interact with your domain at every touchpoint for a fully white labeled experience.
That’s all for May, folks! Stay tuned for June’s updates – rumor has it, it’s going to be hotter than a summer barbecue! 🔥
Welcome to the February version of our Changelog.
This month was all about leveling up the game for admins. 💪
We’ve released power-packed features that focus on better insights and visibility so that admins can focus more on improving performance and pipeline.
From time travel in Relays to the new and improved team availability view, we are excited to share a ton of exciting updates.
Huge shoutout to the Engineering heroes who are working at lightning speed to bring all these fantastic feature updates! 🎉
Let’s dive right in.
Find out who is available and when. In any timezone. Easily.
With the revamped Team Availability page on RevenueHero, you can easily view and manage all your team members’ availability, across multiple timezones, in one compact and convenient view.
This makes it so much easier for team managers especially to find out who is available at a specific time and region without having to individually go to each team member’s profile to do so. You can also view the current time for each team member which removes the need for any mental math and confusion.
In the event, you need to adjust the availability of any of your team members, just click on the edit icon next to their time.
But most of all, the UX team did a kickass job to ensure providing sufficient availability for prospects at any given time is a breeze.
Go try it out and let us know! 👀
The devil is in the data, amirite?
You know the RevenueHero Routing Log and you know how it gives you a record of every single form fill that is connected to your routers and helps understand the outcome of each form fill and the reason for each.
Up until now, you could access and export the Routing Log for only a few months back. And if data was required that dated beyond that, our team helped with it on an ad-hoc basis.
As much as we love our Slack conversations, sometimes we know you’d rather just click a button. :D
We have now enabled the export of Routing Log that dates back to the very start. You can choose the required time duration in the drop-down and get the CSV version of the report sent to your email.
The upside to this is you can import all this historical data via the CSV into other tools that you use for data analysis and report creation. It’ll help you track performance, monitor changes, compare results across time periods, and take prompt action where necessary.
Do we hear a cheer from the MarkOps and Demand Gen folks?
You can now map UTM parameters to all your RevenueHero meeting links. The identified UTM values will be mapped to your CRM, making it easier to track where your leads came from. Was it that LinkedIn campaign from last week or an outbound email you sent today?
The UTM settings apply to all the meeting links powered by RevenueHero, like your personal meeting links, group meeting links, relay links, and even your campaign routers.
This allows you to attribute meeting sources no matter how they’re booked.
Time Travel? What? How?
Here’s the rundown. Time Travel allows you to add multiple time zones to your relay calendar as you’re booking a meeting. This makes it super easy to see availabilities in the context of multiple time zones in one place. No more Googling and finding a common time across various geographies.
There’s more. You can also toggle between a full week and work week view now while booking a Relay meeting. The work week view looks more spacious and is just another protective layer to ensure you don’t book a meeting on a weekend accidentally.
RevenueHero now lets you view conversion and distribution reports from a custom data range, no longer limiting to you a few pre-set options. This is beneficial when you need to compare the performance between a specific time range and see what’s working and what’s not to make the necessary tweaks.
Additionally, you can also easily filter your conversion and distribution reports based on quarters now.
Users whose calendar/video conferencing tool is integrated with RevenueHero will now get a notification (in the form of a red banner on the top) informing them if any of the app authorizations have expired.
RevenueHero proactively prompts users to reauthorize the integration and helps admins keep track of any reauthorization issues amongst all users.
It also gives admins a way to check if a rep not getting a meeting assigned can be attributed to their calendar/video conferencing tool integration’s authorization being expired.
With this new update to the RevenueHero Chrome Extension, the RevenueHero command menu in the Gmail compose box will populate all your meeting links and slots and not just Relay meetings.
That’s right. You don’t need to open your Chrome Extension each time and copy meeting links.
You can share personal meeting links, campaign router links, and even embed meeting slots directly in your email content from the RevenueHero command menu. It really is that easy and simple.
We have now added Webhook as an action item to workflows which can be chosen based on set triggers. In simpler terms, you can now send meeting data to whichever tool your Webhook is linked to when a particular meeting trigger occurs.
For example, in all instances when a prospect does not book a meeting, you can use Webhook to send the data to your CRM and pull up reports to analyze why those meetings were not booked.
Here’s our detailed help doc on Webhooks, in case you need more information.
Meeting types are critical to the creation of workflows, we know that, and you know that.
So far, you could only add meeting types to your inbound routers, campaign routers, and relays. Which essentially meant that workflows could only be created for them.
But now, we have enabled the selection of meeting types for personal and group meeting links as well. Not only do you get to configure settings such as duration, buffers, and invite texts for your meeting links, but you can also set up workflows for your personal and group meeting links.
You can choose the meeting type from the drop-down menu in the “Create Personal Meeting Link” pop-up. Easy-peasy!
You can also map existing personal meeting links to a global meeting type.
Last but not least, RevenueHero now has the option that lets you notify specific members from a Slack channel as a part of the action when a particular trigger occurs.
For example, you have a Slack channel with all your SDRs and the Sales Manager. But your Sales Manager is not a user on RevenueHero but still wants to be in the know of all the meetings that are getting booked.
You can now set up a workflow where in the event a prospect books a meeting, you can send a message to the Slack channel, along with a message, and the option to tag specific members who will be notified.
And with that, we’ve reached the end of all the new and happening product updates of Feb! Catch you in the next announcement.
Until then, if you need any assistance, reach out via Slack or drop us an email.
Improvements & Fixes
The first changelog of 2024 is here! And it’s time to jump right in and discover all the amazing launches and updates that went live in January.
THE BIGGEST FEATURE LAUNCH YET!!! 🔥🌪
Our excitement is through the roof for this one. And rightly so.
RevenueHero’s Collective Round Robin lets you round-robin, pair members from two teams, and display common times to prospects.
“Wait… Can this be right? Round robin more than one team, display common time slots, and add them to the meeting?” We hear you. And yep, you read that right.
If you run a technical demo and haven’t been able to add your SEs to your first call without your AEs doing the manual work of finding who is available at the same time, this is the solution you’re looking for.
This has been a highly sought-after capability by GTM teams who sell technical products to enterprise customers so they have all the right people at the meeting.
And if you’re a RevenueHero customer you can set it up in 5 minutes and have your A team on the call without your AE juggling calendars.
The best part? You can set up Collective Round Robin to run on any channel— be it by email, on the website after form submissions, or even from within the app.
Let’s take a look at the most popular scenarios where RevenueHero’s Collective Round Robin can have a big impact.
If you are selling a complex product you might want to have a solutions engineer with your account executive on the first call to handle any technical questions.
Better to leave the technical details to the tech expert, am I right?
If your implementation starts after a deal is won, your account executive can share a link to set up the implementation call along with the implementation manager.
If you send onboarding emails with RevenueHero’s Magic Links, ensure you have your A-Team on the call for your most important accounts by including an onboarding specialist and a sales rep.
If you are setting up calls to discuss account health and contract renewals, this is a great way to include your account executive and your CSM from the get-go.
Here’s a quick walkthrough of how you can set up collective round-robin on RevenueHero. For more assistance, reach out to us on Slack and we’ll help you set it up.
You can now search for time zones in the RevenueHero scheduler using capital cities. For example, when you search for Madrid, you’ll automatically get the corresponding time zone, CET. Because let’s be honest, it’s less annoying to search for a city you know instead of doing mental mathematics.
RevenueHero now offers translation support across Personal Meeting Links, Relays, and Magic Links.
When we launched our region-based, native scheduling experience at the end of last year, it was only for inbound routers. But now this capability is available across all your routers and meeting links to help you engage in the language of your prospects.
It’s like we’re breaking language barriers left and right! 🌐
Some folks preferred adding filters to the Routing Log and viewing the nitty gritties of where each prospect came from. But others spent time within the router and had to go back and forth to view these details. If you’re one of those folks in the other camp, this one’s for you. The latest update lets you access the Routing Log specific to a router in 1 click. Easy peasy.
Improvements & Fixes
That’s all for now folks! Catch you in the next announcement. Until then, if you need any assistance, reach out via Slack or drop us an email.
Say hello to your prospects in 31 different languages!
We are thrilled to be ending the year on a high note with the launch of our region-based, native scheduling experience.
In simpler terms, RevenueHero now speaks the language of your prospects!
By adding localization to the scheduler, RevenueHero auto-detects the locale from your prospect’s browser and shows them the scheduler in one of the 31 languages supported.
Meet your customers where they are and engage in their dialect by eliminating language barriers from the get-go.
If you need further assistance, reach out via Slack or drop us an email and we’ll show you how it works.
This week we’ve released more improvements to RevenueHero to provide the best possible user experience to our customers.
This can be used when you want to add another layer of qualification by blocking/allowing a particular domain in your distribution and matching rules. You can choose if you want to qualify prospects only with a particular booker domain, or based on if it’s part of an existing list.
For example, you can filter out generic and spam leads whose booker domain names are abc.com.
The next update you’ll notice within the product is under Organization Settings.
Previously you could only edit the auto-redirection timer under the scheduler settings.
With the new update, you can also choose if you want the form entries/answers to be included in meeting invites from here. This is applicable only for Inbound Routers and Personal Meeting Links.
Admins can use the toggle button to easily enable/disable this at any time.
You can find the round-robin settings under your Organization’s Distribution Settings tab.
This setting determines how meetings are distributed amongst different members in teams and will impact the number of available slots that your customers get to choose from.
You can switch between Strict and Flexible Round Robin easily from the drop-down menu in just a couple of seconds. All your meetings going forward will be assigned to reps based on the distribution method you choose.
It’s new. It’s nimble. It’s neat.
This one’s a biggie. And one that we are sure admins and reps will appreciate.
You can now credit meetings back to reps whenever a meeting is canceled or marked as a no-show. Just by enabling the capability. This ensures that everyone gets a fair shot at hitting their targets and it is so much easier for sales and RevOps managers to ensure fair distribution amongst reps. Win-win!
We have now introduced this capability for admins to delete an inbound router by clicking on the 3 dots at the top right of the router. From the menu, choose the Delete option.
A pop-up message will inform you of the consequences of doing so and ask for your confirmation. Click on “Yes, Delete” to delete the router.
Catch you in the next announcement. Until then, if you need further assistance, reach out via Slack or drop us an email.
We know it’s not been a week yet, but we are back with a few quick product updates that we think you’ll love.
New conditions have been added for text-based filters!
When you are adding conditions to your distribution/matching rules, it can be based on Form Inputs, CRM Fields, or Enriched Fields.
The new update supports 3 new operators for text-based filters - “contains”, “does not contain”, and “starts with”.
This lets you get a lot more granular when it comes to setting up qualification criteria so that your reps don’t waste their time on dead-end meetings and can prioritize buyers with the most potential.
Improvements & Fixes
It’s been a couple of months since we rolled out the RevenueHero Chrome Extension to all our customers. Based on all the conversations we’ve had since then, we realized it’s time for an upgrade.
Lo and behold! Here’s everything new and improved in our Chrome Extension.
Improvements & Fixes
Watch this space for the next announcement. Until then, if you need further assistance, reach out via Slack or drop us an email.
Our dev team is working at the speed of light to improve, update, and better the product. And we are super pumped to be sharing the next set of updates with you.
Our native enrichment feature now lets you add enriched fields as conditions in your matching rules as well.
With this, RevenueHero can enrich and detect 3 fields without having to set up hidden fields in the web form - personal email, disposable email, and email TLD.
These enriched fields can be added as conditions in your matching rules to help you match the prospect with the existing lead/contact/account owner in your CRM and assign meetings to them.
Managing the contact forms in your campaign routers (A.K.A magic links) has gotten a whole lot easier.
We have given the UI a much-needed refresh so that it is simpler and easier for you to manage the contact form for each of your campaign routers.
You can now find a Contact Form tab when you open each router. This makes it easier for you to access and manage your forms for each router.
A group is a collection of people with similar roles that can be created within each team. For example, if you’re selling a technical product where you need both an Account Executive and a Solutions Engineer on the call, you can create groups to show combined availability of an AE plus SE.
Today, we’ve added the ability to edit a group, which includes adding/removing members and updating the group name.
To edit a Group:
Moving through the app is easier than before with the addition of visible scrollbars throughout the app.
That’s right.
In addition to viewing your team’s past meeting stats, you can now also get insights into all the number of upcoming meetings assigned to each rep. This helps you monitor meeting distribution amongst reps, allowing you to proactively change your distribution logic if needed.
Improvements & Fixes
It’s a short and sweet update from us this week. So let’s dive right in.
We have updated our DKIM configuration such that the keys required now while configuring it need to be “rhs1.domain name” and “rhs2.domain name”. This is to prevent conflicts for customers who are using SendGrid with “s1.domain name” and “s2.domain name” in use.
Improvements & Fixes
A new week calls for new updates from the RevenueHero HQ!
Our existing native enrichment feature already supports the Email TLD field. It is now updated to include more educational subdomains.
These enriched fields can be added as conditions in your distribution rules to help qualify or disqualify if the lead’s email ids contain any of these top level domains.
Improvements & Fixes
It’s like magic but with a ⌘+K.
RevenueHero’s context-aware command center makes it feel like it can read your mind when you’re able to start relevant actions on any module with nearly zero clicks.
You’ll be able to navigate and execute actions that are contextual to the screen you’re on, entirely using text and your keyboard. The Command Center box can be found at the top of the screen, right in the middle. You can either access it by clicking on the box, or with the ⌘+K shortcut.
The Command Center pop-up shows the most popular actions/sections you can navigate to. Beyond that, you can also type in a particular space/action you want to go to and it instantly gives you the shortcut link to do so.
It’s finally here!
The fresher, faster, and finer version of the RevenueHero interface.
Over the last year as we worked with a lot of our customers, we received feedback, inputs, and insights that got our team thinking. The goal at the end of the day is to make it as easy and efficient as possible when customers use our platform.
Our brilliant dev team has worked relentlessly to give a makeover to the RevenueHero app, making it sleeker than before. It is designed to make your day-to-day interactions with the app a breeze.
This revamp is focused on 3 major aspects:
With this release, not only have we elevated the look and feel of the platform but we have also added a lot of new capabilities and upgraded existing ones. Let’s take a quick tour of everything new and buzzing!
The RevenueHero app is now organized into 8 modules.
Our new Meetings layout makes it easy to get the most important details of a meeting in a quick glance, with more emphasis on the date, time, and source of the meeting, along with details of the meeting. Whenever you land on the RevenueHero’s meetings list page, you can quickly spot what’s coming up and plan your day accordingly.
Your meetings are also neatly categorized based on statuses (Scheduled | Completed | Canceled | No Show) to help you quickly navigate through to what you’re looking for without adding filters.
Dive into the finer details of each meeting through the updated meeting detail page which is now divided into 5 cards.
Choosing the right meeting link is now a virtual stroll. Quick previews save you from having to open links to figure out which one to send over. The previews show you the duration of each meeting, along with the pre and post-meeting buffer, and the pages you’ve added inside each meeting link (booking page, contact info, and confirmation page).
One of the major changes you’ll notice in the left navigation bar is the addition of Inbound, Campaign, and Relays. What we’ve essentially done is create individual and easy-to-access sections for each of these features. Previously, it was all housed under the Routing and Rules, and now we’ve cleaned it up and made it more simpler and straightforward.
Let’s get started with the Inbound Hub. The new dashboard is a one-stop-shop for traceability (Routing logs), configuration, and reporting for your inbound routers.
The 3 main reports concerning your inbound routers can be found here. While it’s gotten a fresh new look, all functionalities remain the same, like you know and love. This includes:
The new layout for your Inbound Routers gives you a quick health and sanity check of each router by surfacing additional information about -
Additionally, the edit and duplicate actions are now safely placed as extra button clicks so you don’t accidentally clone your router.
The new layout for your Matching and Distribution rules gives you a preview of:
We have also updated the flow of creating Matching and Distribution Rules to make it more convenient and easier for admins. You can find the detailed process breakdown here, but in the meantime take a look at one of the biggest changes.
You are now required to first choose who the meetings should be assigned to.
This would be a single member from a matched criteria where the meeting is assigned if the prospect is matched to an owner in CRM.
Similar to matching rules, you are required to first choose who the meetings should be assigned to.
This would be a single member from a Round Robin list where the meeting gets assigned to a single member who is available at the chosen time, from a single Round Robin list.
The overhaul of the Campaign Router Hub is very similar to the Inbound Router Hub. The new dashboard is your go-to place for traceability (Routing logs), configuration, and reporting for your campaign routers.
Functional and visual updates made to routers, rules, and reports in the Campaign Hub are equivalent to the Inbound Hub ones.
Find the detailed guide to Campaign Routers here. And if you need further assistance reach out via Slack and we’ll help you set it up.
RevenueHero’s Relays can now be managed in a single section that now houses all the workflow and links for your handoff process.
With that, we’ve come to a close on today’s updates.
There are so many new capabilities and actions for you to explore. And we are so excited for you to take the new and exciting UI for a spin.
We’d love to hear your thoughts on it. If you have any questions, just drop a message on our Slack channel or send an email to support@revenuehero.io and we’ll help you out.
It’s a new quarter and our dev team is going full steam ahead to bring you some amazing feature updates.
This week the focus has been on upgrading existing capabilities and improving the overall experience of RevenueHero. Let’s find out what’s gotten a sprucing over.
When creating/editing a Campaign Router, an additional step has been added to allow admins to customize what data needs to be collected in the contact form. This has been specifically introduced for situations where you require additional data from your prospects such as phone number or consent to process the meeting booked.
There are 4 fields in the Contact Form -
You can use the toggle button to choose if you want to add/remove the phone number and consent fields. Based on your company guidelines, you can also customize the text that is displayed in the consent field.
This is how the Contact Form will look to the customer.
Next up, we have introduced the capability to automatically identify fields to be mapped within RevenueHero for any customer’s website.
Here’s how you can set it up:
-In cases where RevenueHero can’t identify the form, you’ll be asked to map it manually
If you need further assistance with this, reach out to us via Slack.
It’s been over a month since we rolled out the RevenueHero Chrome Extension. And our engineering team has been pulling out all the stops to make the Chrome Extension available within more tools you love and use - Outreach, SalesLoft, and Outlook.
For Outlook Web, here are all the capabilities that our Chrome Extension offers:
We hope these updates make your daily experience using RevenueHero a lot more frictionless and efficient.
If you need any assistance with any of these, feel free to reach out via Slack and we’ll help you set it up.
It’s been a minute!
But we’re back here with some massive updates, which are in fact capabilities that have been highly requested and sought after by prospects in a scheduling solution like ours. And it’s finally here!
With DomainKeys Identified Mail (DKIM) you can customize the email domain used for all system generated emails to your prospects. This lets you add an additional layer of personalization, ensure spam-free communication for your prospects, and helps you stay on-brand at every touchpoint.
Yes, that includes email notifications for meeting invites, reminders, and more.
It’s a fairly simple and straightforward process.
You can now set up a custom RevenueHero integration in Okta for Single Sign-On. This is another step forward in our commitment to our customer’s data security and privacy.
The Okta integration will enable secure access and authentication for customers while logging into our platform.
When it comes to setup, we’ll do most of the heavy lifting but we do require some initial setup to be done at your end to enable it. You can find the steps to get started here.
If you need any help during this process, reach out to us via the Slack channel and we’ll jump right in and get it sorted.
We are excited to share that RevenueHero offers native enrichment support through which it can enrich and detect 4 new fields without having to set up hidden fields in the web form.
It works out of the box without the need for any additional products. You can route meetings to the right team based on region without any extra developer effort.
The 4 fields that we support out of the box are:
These enriched fields can be added as conditions in the distribution rules to help you qualify leads instantly.
Easily map the RevenueHero enriched fields to your CRM fields to ensure all the data gets synced in real-time. Furthermore, you can find all the leads that have been qualified based on the enrichment rule in your Routing Log.
If you, like the author of this release note, have multiple tabs open on your browser to remember all the things you need to get done, you also know the hassle of shuffling through the tiny tabs till you find the one you’re looking for.
Especially if it is a time-critical task, like say booking a meeting with your AE and prospect while reading an email confirmation.
We are delighted to announce the launch of our Chrome Extension that lets you book meetings instantly from anywhere, anytime, and for the right sales rep.
Let’s break down the details of this huge release.
Our Chrome Extension’s capabilities have been designed to cover a wide range of activities and tasks inside Google Calendar and Gmail.
If you need further assistance reach out via Slack and we’ll help you set it up.
Earlier this week we rolled out a massive feature for all our customers to make the #SDRtoAEHandoff as efficient and effortless as it can be - Relays.
Our customers have been using and loving it. They also keep us on our feet and it drives us to do more and do better. Our newly launched Relays just got better with this update.
As any distribution logic goes, you will always have exceptions. And with relays, we just launched a mandatory fallback pod to make sure that the dependency to create a fallback for that one sneaky CRM record that doesn’t match is no longer on the admin.
What this essentially means is that you’ll have to create a Distribution Pod without any conditions so that in the event the existing Pods with conditions don’t match the meeting will still get assigned to a rep from the Fallback Pod.
This is a mandatory step when you are setting up Relays. Find the detailed guide here.
With this new feature, you can easily access and share your Relay meeting links from wherever you are on your browser using the Chrome extension.
This lets you share a meeting booking link directly with your prospect and assign it to the right AE based on the conditions and distribution rules set up. Every time you create a new Relay meeting this link gets automatically generated.
Alternatively, you can also copy this Relay meeting link from RevenueHero after you create the Relay.
Your reps can now book meetings for themselves after talking to a customer/prospect using Relays. The Relay setup helps identify what CRM fields need to be mapped for updating meeting details in real-time.
If you need any help with any of these Relays functionalities, feel free to reach out via Slack and we’ll walk you through it.
You can now generate Daily meeting links for all the scheduled meetings between your prospects and sales teams.
This latest integration can be used as a video conferencing tool for meetings booked through RevenueHero and is available to customers across all plans.
Head to your Organization Settings and find it listed under the My Integrations sections. You can connect and set it up in 4 simple steps, without having to get a developer’s help.
And for new users, Daily will show up as a meeting tool option during onboarding.
Once Daily is integrated, all new meeting invites from RevenueHero will have the Daily conference link included automatically.
How to set this up
You can find the detailed setup guide for the Daily integration here. If you need further assistance, reach out via Slack and we’ll help you set it up.
In the world of templates and look-alike booking pages, wouldn’t you want to stand out with a booking experience that looks and feels like an extension of your brand? We heard this from many of our customers and prospects and spent the last few weeks working on a major release - Themes. You can now customize the booking experience for your customers to reflect your brand across your website widget, personal meeting links, and more.
It can be customized and tailor-made to your brand’s style and design easily in a few clicks. No code is needed. Nor is a developer’s help. You can ensure that your customers get a unified and consistent brand experience across all touchpoints.
Let’s take a tour of Themes in RevenueHero, how it works, and how you can make the most of it.
You can find the detailed guide for Branding and Themes here.
That’s not all. We also have another big release that we rolled out this week.
You might want to remove a member from your RevenueHero workspace. Regardless of the reason, we’ve now created a way for you to delete a team member easily. Only users with Manager or Admin permissions can remove a member.
For a much more detailed version, check out our help article here.
We’ve been adding a lot of depth to our product over the last few months. And we couldn’t be more thrilled to release a feature that is bound to be a game changer in your sales process.
There were 3 main challenges we wanted to address in the broken #SDRtoAEHandoff workflow:
Introducing RevenueHero’s Relays that is here to ensure zero drop-offs between your sales teams and make the SDR - AE handoff a 1-click experience. Through automated qualification, account matching, routing, and scheduling of meetings.
Sales teams can leverage Relays for smooth meeting handoffs from wherever they are - be it their inbox, CRM, sequencing products, or anywhere in their browser using the Chrome extension.
Setting up Relays is fairly simple. All you have to do is choose who gets to handoff meetings, create your matching rules, set up your distribution logic, map it to your CRM, and configure meeting settings. Once you have all this in place, you’re ready to launch your sales superpower.
You can find the detailed setup guide for Relays here. If you need further assistance reach out via Slack and we’ll help you set it up.
We would also like to share a couple of ways of how your sales team can implement Relays:
Improvements & Fixes
March just marched on by. The rate at which this year is flying by is unreal.
But so is the pace at which our dev team has been releasing updates.
March was the month of quick wins for our customers in the form of powerful updates delivered in multiple small packages.
Ready to take a look at all the updates that went live this month?
That’s right! Your round-robin reset queue can be set to a quarterly frequency.
Did we just hear a huge wohooo from all the sales folks?
All your distribution rules, across all your routers, have their own round-robin queue in RevenueHero. You can now choose how frequently you want to reset these queues - either monthly or quarterly based on your organization’s process and preference.
This gives admins the flexibility to set the time frame in which they want to balance out fair meeting distribution.
Regardless of whether the reps in your sales team have monthly or quarterly targets, you get to give them a fair shot at hitting their targets. You no longer have to worry about your round-robin queues resetting every month and being skewed when you work on a quarterly target basis.
Lists in RevenueHero allow admins to create reusable custom conditions that require a prospect’s details to be checked against a list of custom values.
For instance, with the new update, you can create lists in 3 different ways:
It gives admins greater control and manageability on how they want to create the lists that can be used as a filter in your routing logic. Plus it saves a ton of your admins’ time and effort. Who doesn’t want that? :)
When meetings are booked by your SDRs using RevenueHero’s Relays, you can choose whether the default RSVP status of the prospect is left blank, or whether it’s set to auto-accept.
Here is why.
Depending on the style of sales org functions, this process might follow one of these two styles:
RevenueHero can now accommodate either preference.
You can easily change this from the Relays Settings page.
RevenueHero load balances meetings by automating credit backs for canceled and no-show meetings to ensure that every sales rep gets a fair shot at their targets. We’ve added further configurability to this automated credit back.
You can now choose whether you want to automate the addition of meeting credits for just cancellations, no-shows, or both.
This way admins get more control over managing round-robin meeting settings and ensuring a fair split of meetings.
Hola. Bonjour. Ciao. Kon’nichiwa.
Say hello to RevenueHero’s native enrichment filter for distribution rules, available in over 30 languages.
You can now choose to route meetings based on the browser language or locale of your prospects for a more hyper-personalized buyer experience.
When you add a routing condition based on this enriched field, you’re essentially adding another layer to the distribution logic, so that you can route meetings to reps who can converse in the preferred language of your prospects.
Ahh, convenience in a single click!
You can now easily clone your Relays and Forms setup in a single click. Yup, it’s that easy.
Admins, we know you’ll love this one as it cuts down the backend setup work in half.
By allowing you to duplicate all your rules and logic without the need to create everything from scratch, it lets you be more efficient. It works great in situations when you need to replicate a setup across different regions or scenarios. Or when you want to do a/b testing.
Keep only those that speak to your heart pipeline!
Raise your hand if you’re an admin for a tool or two in your org’s tech stack and you’ve been trying hard to maintain the platform’s hygiene and sanity.
But there are a few things that help make it easier. One such recurring activity that works is to reassess all your links, routers, forms, and everything else in your account. See if it still serves the purpose. Is it actively contributing to your goals?
If not, it’s time to let it go and hit that delete button.
To help make this very part easier, we have now introduced the option to delete Personal meeting links, Group meeting links, Campaign routers, Relays, Form mappings, and Meeting types. All in a single click.
The option to easily delete links and routers helps admins maintain platform hygiene and sanity.
RevenueHero has now extended the capability to override the default meeting types and add guests to your Relay meetings.
In instances where you want to use a specific meeting setting instead of the default one in your Relay setup, you can choose to override the default meeting setting. This can be done in either you
matching rule or distribution pod.
Plus, not only do you get to select the meeting type you want, but you also have the option to add guests to all meetings booked via this rule.
This gives you the flexibility to create situation-specific provisions in an already existing router rather than create a new one for it.
With that, we’ve come to a close on our March announcements! We hope these updates will make your day-to-day experience of using RevenueHero a lot more frictionless and efficient.
And in a few weeks, we’ll be back with the next update. Until then if you need any assistance, reach out via Slack or drop us an email.
